Detailed Description

A task handle: an 8-byte value identifying one result slot at one sequence — 40-bit sequence in the low bits, 24-bit result-slot index in the high (result_slots is capped at 2^24 at create).

Core-filled at submit; bindings store and pass back by pointer. The 8-byte size lets a binding pack the whole handle into an external-pointer address (zero heap traffic per task). All-zero is the invalid value.
